The style of your writing makes me think you are in the USA. Some, but not all, states allow notaries to make certified copies of documents, and certainly a web page is a document. The notary will have to see the web page, and might have to make the printout.

In other states, you may be able to prepare a statement (affidavit) that you made a true copy of the web page, and then go to the notary and swear to the truth of your affidavit. Of course this isn’t as good, because it is YOU, not the NOTARY, who is swearing that the printout is a true copy.

Depending on how you are interacting with the person who will use the background check, there may be a better way. Some background check sites will give you a web address and a special code, which you give to the person who wants to see the background check. Then that person enters the web address and the code, and can see the check results for themselves.

You need to use the right words in the right context.

You should elaborate – what are you trying to accomplish? Prove what, to whom?

its possible to get free court records, and what you could possibly do is include the source of the URL where you got the court records from . These are usually government owned websites, so actual proof shouldn’t be an issue.

They are empowered to administer oaths and to certify your signature on a document is really yours.

Were you convicted in court of a DUI? If your employer asks, then you should be honest. It will probably show up in a background check through court records. You could check online to see if there are open court records for your county or check at your county court in person.
